The platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Amarok Partners does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. Nothing on the platform constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.
8. Limitation of liability

9. Termination
Either party may terminate access at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, and you must cease all use of confidential information obtained through the platform.
10. Governing law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Amarok Partners is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
